Our Townehouse is located in Chambery. Its a great community, and we have absolutely loved it here. It is well maintained and beautiful. The Home Owners Association (HOA) provides maintenance free living. You get access to the Chambery Clubhouse that has a gym, pool, and a room that can be used for any event you'd like to host. There is an outdoor basketball court, fenced playground for kids, a picnic/ BBQ area, and public green space to play. The HOA also includes snow removal, and the front yard is completely taken care of by the landscapers. Your water, insurance on the exterior of your home (our driveway was replaced just one year ago and we didn't even have to ask management), and garbage is all included. Because we are in a townehouse, we get our own garbage can. No more hauling garbage to a dumpster! Also there are recycle bins within walking distance.
